When do gift cards expire?
Gift cards never expire as long as the recipient's account stays active (any sign-in within 24 months). Funds are then transferred to a dormant balance — recover anytime via support.
Can I send to a non-Sznmart user?
Yes — they'll receive an email with the code. They redeem by signing up (or signing in) and entering it in the redeem box.
Can gift cards be refunded?
Unredeemed cards can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After redemption they become balance and follow the standard refund policy.
Do gift cards work in the Bid Zone?
Yes — gift card balance can be used to buy bid credits. Credits then behave like any other (they're forfeited if you lose the auction).
Can I stack multiple promo codes?
No — only one promo code per order. You can stack a promo code with credits and a gift card balance though, all on the same order.
Where do I find my promo codes?
Active codes show in Notifications → Promo. Used or expired ones live in your Promo History under Account → Settings.
