Make us an offer below the listing price on Deal Zone products. We respond within 24 hours.
How does Name Your Price work?▾
On any product with the 💬 NyP tag, enter what you'd pay. We review against a hidden floor price set by the seller. Within 24 hours you'll get one of three responses:
- Accepted — your card is charged the offer amount and the order is created.
- Counter-offer — we propose a price between yours and the listing. You have 24h to respond.
- Declined — your offer was below the floor. You can submit one more (max 2 per product per 30 days).
You'll need a saved card to submit, but we never charge unless your offer is accepted. Browse the Deal Zone →
What's the floor price? Why is it hidden?▾
The floor price is the lowest the seller will accept. It's hidden so the offer process stays a real negotiation — not a “guess the secret number” game. Most accepted offers fall between 70–85% of the listing price.
Can I submit multiple offers on the same product?▾
Maximum 2 offers per product per 30 days. If your first offer is declined, you can revise — most second offers go higher and are accepted.
When is my card charged?▾
Your card is verified when you submit (a $1 hold that's released immediately). It's charged only when an offer is accepted. If we decline, no charge ever happens.
Do I earn credits on accepted offers?▾
Yes — 10% of the accepted price in credits, on top of the standard 1 credit per $1 spent. See your credits balance →

Live auctions where credits are at stake. Win → product ships and credits return. Lose → 50 credits forfeited.
What happens to my credits if I lose?▾
If you bid in a Bid Zone auction and don't win, 50 credits are forfeited from your balance per auction (regardless of how many bids you placed). Credits are store points (1 credit = $0.10), not cash.
What's “soft close”?▾
Any bid placed in the final 60 seconds extends the auction by 60 seconds. The auction ends only when no bids land in a full 60-second window. This stops last-second sniping.
What if reserve isn't met?▾
The reserve price is the seller's minimum acceptable bid (hidden from bidders). If the auction ends below reserve, no winner is declared, no card is charged, and no credits are forfeited.
How do I get credits to bid?▾
You need at least 50 credits to place a bid. Earn them by:
- Shopping — 1 credit per $1 spent
- Accepted NyP offers — 10% bonus
- Writing reviews — 5 credits each
- Referring friends — 100 credits per signup + first purchase
- Birthday — 50 credits per year

When am I charged for a pre-order?▾
You pay the full price at checkout — there's no separate deposit or later balance charge. The item ships on the confirmed ship date and we email tracking when it leaves the warehouse.
How does crowdfunding work?▾
It's all-or-nothing. You pay the full price now to back the project. If the campaign reaches its goal by the deadline, it goes into production and ships. If it doesn't, every backer is refunded in full, automatically. See live campaigns →
Can I cancel a pre-order?▾
Yes — you can cancel for a full refund up to 7 days before the ship date. If we miss the ship date, you can cancel for a full refund any time.
What happens if the ship date changes?▾
You'll get an email immediately with the new date and an option to cancel for a full refund. Your 7-day cancel window resets to the new ship date.

Earn 1 credit per $1 spent. 1 credit = $0.10 store value. Used for checkout, Bid Zone, pre-orders, and crowdfunding pledges.
Why do credits expire?▾
Credits expire 24 months after they're earned — it keeps the program from accumulating an open-ended liability and encourages you to use them. We send 3 reminders before any credits expire (30, 14, and 3 days before).
Can I use credits at checkout?▾
Yes — apply any amount (1 credit = $0.10 off), up to 50% of your order subtotal. The 50% cap keeps the program sustainable. View your balance →
Are credits the same as cash?▾
No. Credits are store points usable only on Sznmart. They have no cash value and can't be cashed out — more like airline miles than money.

When will my order arrive?▾
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. USPS Priority delivery is 2–3 days within the US. Marketplace orders may arrive in multiple shipments — each has its own tracking. Track an order →
Why did my order ship in two boxes?▾
Sznmart is a marketplace — items from different sellers ship from different locations. Each seller manages their own fulfillment, so your order may arrive split. Tracking for each shipment is in your order history.
A product I want is sold out — will it come back?▾
Honestly — we don't always know. Interest helps: when many buyers ask to be notified, the seller is much more likely to bring it back. Click “Notify me if it returns” on any sold-out product page. We'll send you exactly one email if it's restocked.
How do I manage my restock alerts?▾
Go to My Account › Notifications to see everything you're waiting on. If a product comes back, we email once and remove you from that list automatically.

30-day return window on most items. Pre-paid USPS labels included. Some items have shorter windows.
How do I start a return?▾
Go to My Account › Returns, find the order, and select “Start a return.” Pick a reason, upload photos if there's damage, and we generate a pre-paid USPS label. Drop off within 7 days.
Can I return Name Your Price purchases?▾
Yes — accepted NyP orders follow the same 30-day return policy as standard orders. The refund is the accepted price, not the listing price.
Can I get my refund as credits instead?▾
Yes — choose “Store credits” as your refund method and we add a 10% bonus (so a $22 refund becomes 242 credits = $24.20). Credits post immediately on receipt of your return; cash refunds take 1–2 business days.

How we handle your data, security, and personal info.
Do you store my credit card number?▾
No. All payment info is tokenized and held by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). We receive a token, never the card number. When you remove a card, it's also wiped from Stripe.
Can I delete my account?▾
Yes. Contact support to request account deletion. We comply with CCPA — your personal data is removed within 30 days. Order history is retained for 7 years per IRS requirements but anonymized.

How do I become a seller?▾
Apply via the seller dashboard. Standard requirements: business EIN, W-9, sales tax permit (where applicable), and a verified Stripe Connect account. Approval takes 1–2 business days.
What are the fees?▾
Sznmart takes 0% commission on every plan. Sellers pay only their monthly subscription (see tiers) plus standard Stripe processing (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction). Every plan includes a 14-day free trial.
When do I get paid?▾
