Returns, step by step
Most items can come back within 30 days of delivery. Here’s exactly what happens after you click "Start a return."
Starting a return
From your order page, pick the item, a reason, and add photos if it arrived damaged. You’ll get an RMA number and, for most sellers, a prepaid label.
Choose your refund: original payment method, or store credits with a 10% bonus.
What’s returnable
Standard and Drop Zone purchases: yes, within 30 days. NYP and auction wins: yes, same window — your negotiated price is what’s refunded. Pre-orders: cancellable for full refund any time before the batch ships. Crowdfunding: refunded automatically in full if the campaign misses its goal; after a funded campaign ships, normal 30-day rules apply.
Timing
Sellers approve or dispute within 3 business days. Refunds land 5–10 business days after the seller receives the item (instantly for credit refunds).
