💳 When am I charged?
Deposit charges immediately. The balance is auto-charged to your saved card on the ship date — typically 1–3 days before the package leaves the warehouse.
↩️ Can I cancel?
Yes — you can cancel for a full refund (deposit included) up to 7 days before the ship date. Cancel from your account dashboard or by contacting support.
📅 What if the ship date changes?
If we delay beyond 14 days, you'll be notified by email and offered a free cancellation. Most pre-orders ship on time or early.

🚫 Not eligible for promo codes
Pre-orders are already discounted vs full retail. Standard launch promo codes don't stack.
🪙 Earn credits at ship
Credits are earned when the balance is charged on ship date — not at deposit. Roughly 1 credit per dollar of total order value.
